Exchange Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will gladly arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Warranty Policy

Every ELIF Coffee set is backed by a 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition, we offer a 50% discount on replacement items damaged through normal daily use for up to one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover intentional misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
